Impact Crusher (Sand) Practice:
   1 before start the crusher, check whether the whirl chamber observation door is closed, to prevent the materials from the observation of the door come out of the whirl chamber, that’s dangerous.
    2, check the direction of impeller’s rotation,the direction from the feed entrance. Impeller should rotate counterclockwise, otherwise adjust the motor wiring.
    3, crushing machines and transportation equipment, the boot sequence is: → Discharge → crusher ---feed
    Crusher is to feed the ore until the crusher is operating normally .the shut off sequence in reverse with the boot.
    4, feed particles in strict accordance with the requirements, prohibit the big size ore more than the equipment allowed, into the crusher, otherwise, the imbalance will cause the impeller and the impeller excessive wear, causing the base to plug into the impeller channel and the center tube, the crusher does not work ,the large feeding should be removed.
    5, marker device stops moving, should stop feeding, otherwise, the impeller will cause crushing, burning motor.
    6 seek to continuous and uniform feeding.
    7, crusher run the process, a severe vibration and abnormal noise, otherwise, should stop checking.
    8, machine lubrication
    Lubrication oil lubrication to dry, using Mobil Car Run fat premium, addition of the bearing cavity of the 1/2-2/3, every working period, the added amount of grease.
