When The Jaw crusher is on work.
1 after the Jaw Crusher operate smoothly,we can fill the ore in the machine.
2 the ore have to add evenly.to avoid fill in the ore on the side or heap,so that the overload won’t happen.
3.when the machine on work,the bearing ‘s temperature is better not surpass 30℃,the maximum temperature can not surpass 70,if the temperature surpassed ,it must be shut off and exam carefully.
4.before turn off the electricity,we should stop filling ore at first,after all the finishing ore is exhaust.
5.during the crushing, if the ore block the breaking room,the machine stoped,we must turn off the electricity at once.after clean the room,start it again.
6.the jaw board’s one end is wear and tear,it can use by changing the end.
