The light maintenance ‘s main content:
Check and repair/adjust equipment,adjust the gap of the exit for the ore /stone.
Replace the lining board which is abrasion.the thrust board;fix and replace the transmission parts:clean the spare parts of the crusher.replace the lubricating oil/labricating system.do it every half or one year.up to the certain status.
The medium maintenance ‘s content:including the whole content of the light maintenance,replace the abrasion bearing lining/pulling bar/lining board/pushing board.to survey turning/miling/casting eccentric shaft bearing bush.conecting rod head bearing bush/mobile jaw bush.the interval is up to the abrasion degree that the main bearing bush connecting rod head bearing bush ,mobile jaw bearing bush.
Usually one year .

Big maintenance content:
Including the medium ‘s all task.replace and turning eccentric shaft and mobile jaw heart shaft:casting the Babbit metal on the top of the connecting rod.replace and recover all the abrasion parts;adjust the whole set of cusher and make technical innovation.the interval is up to the abrasion status of the eccentric shaft and mobile jaw heart shaft.usually four years a time for a big maintenance.

At present,most of the ore factory’s jaw cusher’s maintenance work use a method as to replace the whole part.when repair,to take apart the abrasion part and change new,this method can improve the working efficiency,reduce the pause time of the machine.
