The Jaw crusher’s thrust board(toggle plate),not only have the ablity to transfer force to make the jaw board moving.but also have the function as an insurance.,to change its length can adjust the exit of the ore.

When the un-crushed material like iron and steel went into the machine.in order to protect the mian manchine,we adopt back thrust board to be a safe parts.the back thrust board is usually made by cating iron.,in its middle the designer make a simply gap or some small hole to reduce its intensity;it can be made two parts and link by the screw.

Two method.
By pad.to add a set of pad between the thrust board and the main frame,increase the quantity of the pad or the increase the thickness.this method used by the big and medium crusher

2.by the wedge.
To adjust the two wedge between the main frame and the thrust board,this method usually adopt by the small crusher.
