Detailed problem solving.
1. exam whether the lubricating oil has run out
2. standard speaking,the lubricating oil should fill 50% of the total tank of the bearing body.
3. should clean the clearing and change lubricating oild in time
4. change the bearing if the abrasion is serious.
Too much noise in the crushing tank ,when machine is operating.

The detailed problem shooting.:
1. turn off the electricity at once,stop the machine and clean the tank of the crusher,to see whether there is something that the crusher can not deal with.
2. the huge shock occur when the machine is on operation ,please check the liner board,see if it is stable,check the gap between the hammer and liner board..whether the liner board is break off.

replace the broken parts
C.the solution for the finishing grain bigger than expected.
1. adjust the front and back impact plate’s distance to a proper way,replace the lining board and hammer.
2.adjust the position of the reflecting plate,to make the two side of it have a certain distance with the equipment plate.
