Impact crusher is a high efficiency crush equipment.the mine stone fill in the machine through the entrance,,going down along with the sieve board.the ore was crushed by the
Tough  metal  hammer which is on the high speed rotator when the ore is falling down .
Then the ore will fly to the first impact board at a high speed in the tangent direction .
So the ore was crushed again in this process,and then the impact board reflect the ore,which will impact the ore being beaten by the hammer.so the ore will impact again and again in the first crusher room.some of ore have been crushed into small enough,it will fall to seconed room,are crushed continuously,till the shape is small enough to go through the exit of the crusher on the bottom.

The main advantage of the Impact Crusher:
1. Simple structure,small volume, light weight, max production capacity.
2. the rock was crushed in the machine,so it spend less electricity.
3. the ratio of crush can reach 40,simplify the crushing process
4. it has selectional crush function,the finished goods have a average partical size,most of the  shape is cube.
The biggest disadvantage of the impact crusher is that the hammer and reflect board,they are waer and tear a little soon .
