    1. constantly attention all fixed and elastic fasteners’ situation.

    2, periodic inspect gratebar, if it is blocked,it should be immediately removed.
    3, pay attention to the parts’ wear and tear, worn parts are replaced at once.
    4, feeding should be uniform, prevent the overload phenomenon.
    5, the machine is strictly prohibited to make any adjustments during operation, cleaning, maintenance work to avoid danger.
    6, when the machine work failure, repair should be done under the equipment ‘s immediately stop.
 
    7, before stop the machine the ore in the crushing room should be excluded,make the equipment in maintenance it must cut off the power.
    8, the bearing adding oil in time ,every three-month  , when change the bearing, clean gasoline to be used .
